D2AS Program Manager, D2 Learning Experience Training Delivery
D2AS Learning Experience are seeking a Learning Program Manager to join our Learning Organization, focusing on supporting training initiatives across our Global Outsourced (GO) Partners. If you love a challenge, have experience engaging with global audiences, and have a passion for learning, we want you on our team.

Based anywhere in the US, LATAM or EMEA, the GO Learning Program Manager is responsible for building and maintaining engagement with Training teams across our Partner (external) network. You will work closely with both our Internal and External Training Managers and Subject Matter Experts worldwide to set and maintain consistency. To be successful in this role you’ll need to be well organized, your verbal and written communication skills should be excellent, being able to clearly explain issues and the paths to resolution quickly and succinctly. You will also need to be able to identify, define, and improve current learning processes, and have a talent to earn trust. We need an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the capacity and experience to lead and support the external network in delivering the learning strategy.

• Create a strategy, mission and yearly roadmap for D2 Partner Training Teams
• Manage the onboarding, ramp and ongoing development of new partner sites
• Develop a scalable support strategy for adhoc partner queries
• Drive awareness and adoption of new or updated training information for external teams.
• Be the key POC for all partner related training initiatives
• Provide regular updates on the partner trainee and trainer performance
• Take a data driven approach to understanding performance issues. Take action to improve the quality and effectiveness of training and coaching.
• Team with Internal and External training managers to identify opportunities for best practice sharing and continuous improvement processes across the network (internal and GO)
• Identify gaps in existing learning content and work with Internal and External teams to innovate, feeding back needs, and participating in creation and testing of content.
• Play an integral role in gathering customer feedback on key training initiatives.
• Drive awareness and adoption as the key Training Delivery POC for all Network Strategy initiatives (internal and GO)
• Implement a trainer certification and development program across the D2 Network (internal and GO)
