D2C Channel Marketing Senior Specialist

Position Summary

We're seeking a Channel Marketing Lead to manage and nurture the communication with key partners to maintain and amplify our brand presence and drive business growth within the consumer electronics industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, project managements, an opportunity seeker and a proven track record of successful collaborations.2. Eliminate customers' inconveniences in processes before and after purchases including SCM, logistics and CS. Improve back-end processes to encourage customers to revisit.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Partnership development: identify source of growth to generate more leads for new partnership
opportunity.
2. Communication plan: develop strategic communication approach in order to effectively
communicate with partners.
3. Relationship building: foster strong relationships with partner stakeholders, ensuring alignment
and collaboration.
4. Engagement: design engagement activities, initiate co-branded marketing campaigns,
promotions to engage with partners and their employees & customers.
8. Performance tracking: measure marketing activities with key metrics (traffics, order, conversion
rate, ROAS….) and evaluate its performance.
5. Data analytics: be able to work and analyze key trend & insights then propose actionable plan
for optimization.
7. Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal & external stakeholders to deliver
business objectives and seek for new growth opportunity.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
2. Experience: 3+ years in marketing, e-commerce, online or performance marketing.
3. Skills: proven track record of successful campaigns, excellent communication, project
management and analytical skills.
4. Tools: proficiency in marketing channels, CRM & data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Adobe
Analytics).
5. Creative thinking combined with data-driven mindset.
6. Strong understanding of user-centricity concepts.
7. Results-driven and able to deliver results under high pressure.
