Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business needs.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to define system requirements and implement solutions.
* Build and maintain integrations between D365 Business Central and other systems, including Power Platform tools.
* Develop and deploy Power Apps for process automation and data collection.
* Use Power Automate to design workflows and automate business processes across various applications.
* Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Business Central and Power Platform solutions.
* Perform system upgrades and ensure smooth transitions between versions.
* Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.

Qualifications:

* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development (AL language, C/AL).
* Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Proficient in D365 Business Central customization, extensions, and integrations.
* Experience with REST APIs and Web Services integration.
* Familiarity with SQL and data integration techniques.
* Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Desirable Skills:

* Microsoft certifications in D365 Business Central and Power Platform.
* Experience with other Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Office 365).
* Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
