Fantastic opportunity for a D365 Business Analyst to join an Leading Microsoft Partner working on Dynamics 365 CRM implementations across several diverse industries!

Role + Responsibilities
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, plan business process mapping and functional design.
* Work closely with colleagues on all aspects of the end-to-end implementation cycle.
* Provide support to the development team, helping with configurations.
* Influence and involvement in UAT.
* Delivery system training to key users.
Skills + Qualifications
* End-to-end experience in D365 CRM implementations
* Expertise in requirement gathering, process analysis, functional design, testing and training.
* Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE in particular Sales + Customer Service modules.
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and client engagement skills.
