We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Business Central, and providing functional support to clients. You will collaborate with business users to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze business processes and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client requirements.
* Provide functional expertise in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
* Assist in data migration, testing, and user training.
* Work closely with technical consultants to implement solutions and resolve functional issues.
* Prepare documentation, user guides, and reports for stakeholders.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless system operation.
Qualifications:
* Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Knowledge of ERP processes, particularly in finance, operations, and logistics.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with system configuration, integration, and business process mapping.
* Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred).
