Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, with a strong focus on integration, configuration, and customization. Additionally, expertise in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Portals, Power Automate) and Azure services (Service Bus, Function App, Logic App) is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dynamics 365 CRM Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, focusing on integration, configuration, and customization to meet business requirements. Customize entities, forms, workflows, and business processes within Dynamics 365 CRM. Develop plugins, custom workflows, and actions using C# and .NET.
• Power Platform Development: Build custom applications using Power Apps, including model-driven and canvas apps. Design and implement Power Portal pages to extend CRM functionality to external users. Automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
• Azure Integration: Develop and deploy Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, and Service Bus for seamless integration between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems. Design and implement scalable and secure integration solutions using Azure services. Collaborate with Azure DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
• Technical Lead: Provide technical leadership in the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Ensure best practices are followed in solution design, development, and deployment. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Document technical designs, solutions, and configuration changes.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development. Proven experience in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems using Azure services (Service Bus, Function App, Logic App). Strong experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development. Experience with Azure Integration Services, including Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Function Apps. Strong understanding of Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) and its integration with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and other web services protocols.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
