Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to deliver robust, scalable CRM solutions.
* Implement and manage CRM integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
* Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom scripts to extend CRM functionality.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance through best practices and regular maintenance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support to end-users.
* Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve the system.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
* Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
* In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Experience in Agile development methodologies is desirable.
