About the Role

As a D365 CE Functional Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, delivering tailored solutions that drive digital transformation. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure and customize D365 CE, and ensure smooth implementations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements
* Design and configure D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.)
* Advise clients on best practices and solution design
* Support user training and adoption strategies
* Collaborate with technical teams to deliver custom solutions
* Assist in pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations

What We're Looking For

* Experience: 3+ years in a D365 CE Functional role (or similar CRM experience)
* Expertise: Strong knowledge of D365 CE modules and Power Platform
* Consulting Skills: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Certifications (Preferred): MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, or equivalent
* Communication: Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
