Dynamics CRM and Power Platform Architect (Finnish speaking)

Finland, Helsinki

We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics CRM and Power Platform Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver innovative solutions that streamline business processes and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Architect and implement scalable, high-performance Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions to meet business needs.
* Lead the customization of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform to align with business requirements using best practices.
* Develop integration strategies for Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and other systems to ensure data consistency.
* Guide development teams, ensure high-quality code, and mentor junior members on best practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Build custom components, business logic, and automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents.
* Manage user roles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system efficiency.
* Maintain solution architecture, integration, and configuration documentation for both technical and non-technical teams.
* Keep up with the latest updates and best practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.



Key Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
* Strong experience in Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM (forms, workflows, custom entities).
* Expertise in Power Platform development (Canvas & Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
* Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, .NET, and related technologies.
* Familiarity with integration tools and APIs (REST, SOAP, OData).
* Understanding of Azure services, including Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
* Strong grasp of Dynamics 365 security, data models, and configuration.Apply
