Job Description: D365 Technical Delivery Manager

Location: Based in Texas (Remote candidates considered with willingness to relocate)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Technical Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex D365 projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of D365 projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
* Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively to ensure successful delivery.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating communication.
* Lead and mentor a team of developers and technical consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in managing D365 projects, with a focus on technical delivery.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and functionality.
* Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
