Kforce has a client that is seeking a D365 Functional Analyst in Lewisville, TX. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and assess business requirements, converting them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions * Design, wireframe, and document solutions that integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Platform tools to effectively address business needs * Support the configuration and administration of Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform components, including Power Apps and Power Automate * Work closely with IT teams (e.g., Data, Architecture, Security) to uphold data quality, integrity, and security within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments * Participate in testing processes and contribute to change management efforts * Deliver training and provide high-level support to end-users on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform functionalities * Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides * Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress * Proactively identify and anticipate future business needs, ensuring Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions align with evolving requirements * Understand customer challenges and explore innovative ways to enhance satisfaction and meet their business objectives
