D365 Support Analyst - London - £50K

Nigel Frank are working with a market-leading, global organisation on their search for a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst.

My client works at the forefront of their industry and work with thousands of clients worldwide. They are looking for a D365 and Dynamics AX professional to provide effective and efficient support of the financial system and integration's to their group globally.

You will join a strong, growing company where you will be a crucial part in the organisation and the day-to-day running of their ERP system (D365FO). To be successful in this role, candidates need to have experience with using Dynamics 365FO or Dynamics AX. This role will join a close knit team with an "problem-solving" culture.

This position is a hybrid role with 3 days on site required at their London office.

Responsibilities:

* Build and increase knowledge of the finance system
* Promote best practice and delivery of service of the highest quality
* Provide support to their growing finance system user base
* Process finance system user on-boarding and off-boarding
* Assist with helpdesk related project work
* Respond to users' functional support requirements

Required Skills and Experience

* Experience supporting Dynamics AX/365
* Knowledge of core processes and Dynamics D365 functionality
* A good understanding of financial procedures and account reconciliations
