Position Overview:
The D365 Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of Business Central.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into D365 solutions
* Establish and monitor project time lines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful integration.
* Generate analytical reports to aid in data-driven decision-making
* Prepare and present regular status updates on integration progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential
* Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with D365 systems
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and both independent and team-oriented work skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Relevant D365 certifications are a plus
* Familiarity with project management is an advantage
