Job Description Insight Global is looking for qualified candidates to join a growing team with our global consulting client. The qualified candidates will join the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice as a Senior Technical Lead. Your expertise and past experience as a developer will allow you to lead teams to design and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft and Azure-based technologies. Your experience in developing and implementing Dynamics AX and D365 solutions through the entire project lifecycle will be essential to you and your teams' success. Qualified candidates can be located across Canada and should be enthusiastic about long-term career growth and development. Day to Day  - Lead onshore and offshore teams to design and develop custom solutions based on clients business requirements.  - Lead the technical delivery team and manage development tasks, code reviews, and technical documentation.  - Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.  - Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution designs.  - Act as a technical advisor and mentor for junior developers. Skills and Requirements Must Haves  - 10+ years experience in a professional consulting environment with a focus on D365 ERP development.  - 7+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations, including X++ development, integrations, and customizations.  - At least 5 full lifecycle ERP implementations in a Senior Developer or Technical Lead role.  - Proven experience in managing and mentoring development teams.  - Strong understanding of MS Azure and associated development tools.  - Experience integrating D365 ERP with third-party systems.  - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.  - Willingness to travel within North America (Canada & US). null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
