To learn more about us, visit stradaglobal.com **About the role** The Marketing Manager role will provide operational and managerial-level marketing expertise for Strada in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) which is one of our key markets in Europe. The activities will directly support and drive demand generation, help to enhance and differentiate Strada in the market, increase customer intimacy and drive growth. This role is a strategic role and will operate as part of the local DACH leadership team and collaborate with marketing peers across Europe and around the globe. This role requires experience and expertise to drive demand generation; increase brand awareness and propel results and sales opportunities for the DACH sales organization. **Responsibilities** + Create, design, and implement a regional digital first marketing strategy to support and deliver and drive sales goals, focused on demand generation (MQO/SQO). + Maintain regular, bi-directional communication with sales and leadership team members on marketing programs and initiatives. + Lead and develop high-performing marketing programs which deliver results-oriented demand generation programs that span multiple marketing channels and outlets + Collaborate with the sales teams to create highly tailored sales messaging and experiences for key client and prospect engagements. + Lead Strada´s presence externally at key trade shows, conferences, and events. + Oversee various facets of marketing communications including PR, advertising, white papers, infographics, solution briefs, slideshows, client case studies, video promotion, seminars, events, collateral materials, market research management and social/online presence management. + Provide reporting and analytics on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other marketing activities using CRM and marketing automation systems. + Optimise the customer experience, drive traffic to and build content for the Strada DE website and leverage paid and organic tactics to drive traffic + Develop close collaboration & intensify partner programs with leading technology providers in your region with the objective to drive demand + Work with the broader global marketing team to localise and drive initiatives in DACH and actively contribute to the execution. + Act as the regional custodian of the Strada brand. + Responsible for managing agency relations including PR and paid digital. + Management & oversight of a Marketing Executive as well as Sales Development/Business Development rep responsible for lead qualification **Experience and Skills** + 5+ years of marketing management experience required + Extensive marketing practice in DACH and ideally other counties worldwide + Industry experience in Outsourcing Services, Professional Services, Software or Technology, if possible, in the payroll and/or Human Resources space desired but not a must + Ability to think strategically and translate market requirements and complex technical features into comprehensive and cohesive value propositions and well-conceived marketing programmes and plans. + Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute multiple projects on-time and within budget + Self-starter & hands-on mentality – this role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves and execute on campaigns + Experience with content creation, marketing automation tools & lead nurturing + Strong understanding of branding, lead generation and sales processes, and a proven ability to drive and deliver successful demand generation programs + Deep expertise of electronic and social marketing strategy & programs + Strong written and verbal communication skills and expert presentation skills + Highly organized and ability to work in a fast-moving, international, complex matrix environment + Previous experience managing teams **Benefits** We offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it’s important our benefits care for the whole person.
