Mision del puesto Gestionar el Laboratorio de análisis de muestras de clientes (quesos y yogures), fagos asegurando el cumplimiento de las TSP (Technical Service Platform) para brindar asistencia técnica a clientes y equipo de ventas de Colombia; según las regulaciones vigentes del país y las políticas de calidad corporativas. Responsabilidades principales + Resolver TSP (Technical Service Platform) en cumplimiento de los estándares, tiempos y procesos definidos a nivel corporativo. + Realizar análisis de fagos y sus correspondientes auditorias, elaborar informes, interpretar resultados. + Realizar análisis de las muestras de clientes: Quesos – Leches – Sueros - Yogurt garantizando el cumplimiento de los métodos analíticos y las políticas de calidad corporativas así como de la normativa legal vigente. Interpretación de resultados y elaborar informes. + Asegurar el mantenimiento de los equipos de laboratorio y cumplimiento de los sistemas de calidad del laboratorio y llevar a cabo las compras de los insumos y servicios para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento y mantenimiento del laboratorio. + Investigar, mantener actualizados y realizar la puesta a punto de los métodos analíticos utilizados en el laboratorio y asegurar que estén alineados con los métodos del RAC LATAM. Requisitos + Ingeniería en Alimentos, Químico, Bioquímico, Biotecnología, o industrial con experiencia en laboratorios químicos y microbiológicos de alimentos + Conocimientos de normas de Calidad ISO 22000 (HACCP, PAS 220) y GMP + Ingles Avanzado + ERP y Office Avanzado Could our purpose be yours?
