What’s the role?
As the DAM & Templating Product Owner, you will:
• Set the strategic vision for Shell’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) and templating tools, aligning them with broader marketing and business goals.
• Design and implement a future-ready roadmap for asset management, ensuring Shell’s marketing community can efficiently reuse creative assets and create new content through innovative templates.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure tools meet business needs, adhere to compliance standards, and deliver value.
• Play a critical role in integrating DAM solutions into the broader Martech strategy, working hand-in-hand with the Marketing Products Portfolio Manager and Head of Martech & Innovation.
• Leverage insights and innovations to deliver unparalleled user experiences, enhancing Shell’s reputation as a digital leader in the energy sector.

You will be part of Shell’s Global Digital & Social Media Centre of Excellence, a team that drives the group’s strategy across digital platforms. This role supports the entire marketing lifecycle, from content creation to delivery, ensuring Shell stays at the forefront of innovation in digital marketing.
As a key contributor to Shell’s Corporate Relations function, you’ll join a team that connects Shell’s brand purpose with its global business objectives, shaping the company’s reputation and driving impactful communication strategies.

• Experience & Expertise:
o Proven experience with DAM platforms such as Bynder, AEM Orangelogic, Sitecore, Aprimo, or Sprinklr.
o Familiarity with templating platforms like Canva, Frontify, or Bynder.
o A track record of consolidating DAM strategies in enterprise organizations.
o Expertise in setting roadmaps for technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Skills:
o Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and levels of seniority.
o Strong ability to align product strategies and roadmaps with business priorities.
o Proficiency in digital content marketing and asset management.
• Mindset & Leadership:
