As a part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience while playing a key role in our mission to move what matters forward! **What You'll Do in the DASL Co-Op Role** At our Design and Sample Lab (DASL) in Rochester, NY, you’ll work directly with our Sales, Innovation, and Marketing teams to design and **develop innovative flexible packaging prototypes** for top brands. You’ll contribute to projects that rethink traditional packaging by working on designs that bring ideas to life! Adequate skills in **Illustrator and Photoshop** are required. In this fast-paced, creative environment, you will: + **Brainstorm i** deas and create models + **Size** flexible packaging for customers currently in rigid containers or corrugate + **Design** and **develop** flexible packaging prototypes + Work on **graphic design** projects for new packaging, + **Create** **renders or illustrations** of flexible packaging, + **Develop solutions** with flexible packaging for customers seeking to differentiate themselves in the market. + Use **Adobe Illustrator** to create artwork for packaging concepts + **Create mock-ups** and **test** them against customer specifications + Work hands-on in a **lab setting,** follow housekeeping procedures for the lab and the equipment + Maintain a **safe** and clean work environment + Keep supplies and materials **organized** and stored properly **Key Skills** : + Creative problem-solving + Strong communication + Ethical conduct and teamwork + Attention to detail and organization **Ready to Apply?** Join us and bring your passion for design and innovation to ProAmpac!
