Job Title: Data Administrator
Location: Swindon (Hybrid role)
Salary: £13.05 per hour
Contract: Initial contract 6 months
Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our Government Clients team in Swindon. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data systems, ensuring that all data is entered correctly and verified to meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Entering and verifying a variety of data in appropriate formatsTracking and verifying the quality of data entry from all sourcesResolving any issues or discrepancies regarding dataSubmitting reports to the Data Entry SupervisorQualifications and Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience in a data entry or administration roleProven ability to work systematically, accurately, and meet deadlinesCompetence in working with IT systems, including PowerApps, MS Forms, SharePoint, Excel, MS Word, and MS OutlookExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detailSecurity Clearance requiredWhy Join Us?
