Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be Sales support to assist our marketing department by analyzing monthly reports from the point of sales of our channels. This role will also support our commercial policies, outlining sales guidelines for both channels and end-users. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills to optimize processes and demonstrate a professional attitude, especially when discrepancies arise with internal policies.The work model for the role is: #L-HybridThis role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders.You will be mainly accountable for:• Analyze monthly performance reports from sales channels to identify insights.•Generate auditable reports that includes Annual budget per account.•Support the implementation of commercial policies, ensuring adherence to sales guidelines for channels and end-users.•Collaborate with the pricing, marketing, sales, and accounts payable teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.•Maintain a high level of professionalism and rigor in addressing any inconsistencies with internal policies.•Assist in the development of reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications for the roleAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively across departments.Professional demeanor and commitment to upholding company policies.
