As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights to support our cross-functional GTM team of Tax.com, a division of Ryan.You will design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using primarily Power BI and other related software, integrating data from systems like Salesforce and Workday. Your role involves ensuring data integrity, managing reporting processes, and collaborating with various departments to meet their data needs. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement by staying updated on industry trends and implementing innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, all while embodying the Firms core values. The successful candidate will be effective in researching issues, reconciling databases, and completing detailed calculations.

Foster a positive team environment by actively collaborating with and supporting team members.Client:
Serve as a proactive liaison with internal stakeholders of Tax.com and our shared service teams.Support the team with data acquisition, extraction, and forecasting processes.Responds to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities.Verifies, stages, and prepares for delivery the data files provided by data acquisition team.Value:
Adhere strictly to security policies regarding client data and documentation.Perform data reconciliation and analysis using tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft® Access, and SQL Server.Prepare and document final data projects comprehensively, assist in the installation of custom data extraction tools, and develop limited custom programming for data extraction tools.Continuously seek and implement innovative approaches to enhance data analysis and reporting.Performs other duties as assigned.Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar technical area preferred.Industry experience in B2B SaaS environment required.Proven track record in developing reporting and insights from multiple data sources, ideally in professional services or finance.Experience in managing and delivering high-visibility operational reporting accurately and on schedule.Computer Skills
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, and Internet.Basic knowledge of database technology platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.Experience with business system applications like SFDC, SAP, Workday, Oracle, JD Edwards, or PeopleSoft is advantageous.Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) preferred.Supervisory Responsibilities

• For certain California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $85,000.00 - $112,200.00
• For other California based locations, the base salary hiring range for this position is $78,000.00 - $103,400.00
• For Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,000.00 - $99,000.00
• For New York based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $85,000.00 - $112,200.00
• For Washington based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $78,000.00 - $103,400.00
