Job DescriptionData Analyst with a focus on CRM systems and sales operationsCollect, process, and analyse data from various sources to support business decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Conduct regular data audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.Assist in the implementation and optimization of CRM systems and other data analysis tools.

QualificationsProficiency & experience in analysis of sales data, identifying trend and opportunities.Advance Tableau Visualisation & PrepFamiliarity with SQL data extraction and manipulationAdvance Excel & Google SuiteProcess Mapping & documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Knowledge of SQL and other data querying languages.
