Job Summary
As a Data Analyst in the Client Onboarding Strategy team, you will be instrumental in developing data-driven strategies for senior management. Your responsibilities include analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, implementing controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve reporting processes. Utilize your programming and automation skills, along with your strong analytical acumen, to drive informed decision-making. Job Responsibilities
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to support global Client Onboarding activities and participate in special projects as requested. Participate in the design and development of dashboards that lead to data-driven decisions. Identify opportunities to automate current processes and controls. Ensure client records are compliant with applicable requirements, with focus on process improvements. Precisely share the information with the right audience, and understand the business needs in order to anticipate data requirements.Required qualifications
University degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Economy, Business Administration or equivalent). Fluent in English is mandatory, both written and verbally. Other languages are a plus. Basic knowledge of programming languages is required (Python, SQL). Data visualization skills, proved experience with Tableau, Qlik or Power BI.Preferred capabilities, and skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide timely and accurate support. Highly organized and proactive, with effective problem-solving and prioritization abilities. Capable of working under pressure, adapting to change, and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
