The **Data Analyst** at R1 will be a crucial member of the expanding Insurance Discovery team. This individual must comprehend the client-provided data within the framework of the Insurance Discovery platform and conduct data analysis to guarantee precise data ingestion and reporting. They will also have the chance to collaborate directly with clients. **Here’s what you will experience working as a Data Analyst:** + Write and maintain scripts to test initial and ongoing client data files for accuracy and completeness + Provide data analysis reports to internal teams and clients during implementation and ongoing through the contract + Understand and communicate Client’s technical requirements with internal development and configuration teams + Possesses demonstrated ability to create and maintain internal documents, guides, and manuals with attention to detail + Deliver outstanding customer service that is recognized and appreciated by our clients + Support legacy systems and clients until they are sunset: troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, generate reports, monitor processes + Strong team player **Required Skills:** + Ideally 2 years of programming experience in SQL. Spark SQL, Databricks experience preferred + 2+ years of technical support representative experience + Proficient in MS Office and particularly Excel for data analysis + Superior troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving capabilities + Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills + Ability to excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment + Must be able to perform as an effective member in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude, and achieve desired results while working with minimal supervision + Domain experience in Health System Revenue Cycle is preferred For this US-based position, the base pay range is $47,237.00 - $78,919.86 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
