The Data Analyst is part of a pioneering team within Center of Expertise for Sourcing and Shared Services. Your prime responsibility is to provide data analysis, reports, and insights to support the Quality Assurance process for ING's Sourcing processes. You ensure ING's sourcing is compliant to various regulations

As a Data Analyst, you will:

Define processes, design and implement automation of dashboards and reporting

Design and implement models to analyze data quality and relevant evidence

Design and implement automation of distribution (via Sharepoint) of country specific data, reports and documents, and notification system to share updates (via MS Outlook) with the stakeholders

Proactively look out for opportunities to innovate and automate data acquisition and its processing

Provide data / analytical support for the stakeholders’ actions

Lead the transition from MS Excel data analysis to BI platform

Actively participate in user acceptance testing

Co-ordinate with stakeholders to complete data requirements in the data sources.

If you are:

A graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related IT course

Result oriented with an ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems

Hands-on mentality in a data-driven environment and an eye for details

A self-starter with a good ability to work in a global team across various locations

Excellent in verbal and written communication skills in English

If you are good at:

VB programming and SQL scripting. C# programming experience will be an advantage.

Microsoft Excel including PowerQuery and PowerPivot

Sharepoint, MS Forms and MS Power Platform (PowerAutomate)

Data visualization through dashboards, preferably Risk and Quality related, that are relevant and actionable to the business.

Offline data analysis using Excel

Designing of new dashboards, preferably Risk and Quality related

Creating reporting through BI tools
