The Data Analyst participates in the identification of business challenges and opportunities through analytics and implementation of innovative solutions to drive enhanced customer experience, revenue growth and process efficiencies supporting digital transformation.

Implement analytical framework leveraging big data. Partner with the business in defining the business problem, test design, sizing customer and financial impact, analyzing test results and recommending rollout. Apply statistical algorithms and analysis in developing Solutions and Models to guide business in making and implementing decisions. Effectively communicating your insights and recommended solutions to cross-functional team and business stakeholders based on data driven analysis. Partner with cross-functional team in developing and implementing recommendations from data driven solutions and insights to ensure accurate implementation of targeting parameters and setup of feedback or tracking process. Assists Data Engineering in identifying and gathering internal and alternative data sources to build the Data Lake and Datamart.
