Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required; degree in computer sciences, data science, healthcare informatics, statistics, economics, finance or related field preferred.
* Min 1 year experience in healthcare analytics using claims, billing, EMR data or experience in financial analytics or business intelligence.
* Experience with visualization suites- Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, etc. preferred.
* SQL report writing skills preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret healthcare data and effectively present sophisticated analyses and findings to both subject matter experts and lay audiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications Skills required.
* Excellent oral, written communication and problem solving skills required.
* Strong ability to work independently and within team setting to achieve outcomes.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Data Analyst is responsible for providing data analysis support to the customer by assisting with development of reports and/or dashboards to monitor program and operational performance. This position will work directly with clients and leadership to identify analytical requirements that will help drive strategic decisions and improvement initiatives for the AtantiCare enterprise. The analysts will be responsible for the collection, validation, and analysis of clinical and financial data from multiple sources and interpret the output as reports, charts, graphs, tables, and dashboards using available software and tools. The analyst promotes self-service analytics for customer adoption, understanding, and use of data. The Data Analyst works with the data archictects to organize and optimizing healthcare data. The analyst maintains awareness of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field of performance measurement and reporting.   QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires sitting, standing, walking, stopping, and crouching for a majority of the workday. This position works with such equipment as computer terminal, printer, and copier.
