About the Role

The role of the Business Intelligence Analyst is to create impactful reporting, primarily using Domo, that provides critical insights to leaders about the business. Serving as a proactive communicator and collaborator, the Business Intelligence Analyst engages with subject matter experts to define the technical vision for each request or project. 

The Business Intelligence Analyst will also work with operational teams to monitor data quality that 

Develop data structures, cards, and dashboards in Domo to accomplish business outcomes

Be curious to learn about the business, both business processes and technical systems

Tie together operational processes with business systems to determine what works and what doesn’t

Meet with and gather requirements from stakeholders

Create and maintain documentation for internal customers

Lead review meetings to ensure data integrity

Validate and maintain key business reporting

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in computer science or business administration

Experience creating and maintaining data structures, dashboards and visualizations, preferably using DOMO

Team player with strong writing, presentation and communication skills, self-confidence, enthusiasm and an independent work approach 

Experience working in a software business a plus 

Experience with Salesforce or Workday Adaptive Planning a plus
