What this job involves

Conduct desktop ‘Document Review Assessment’ for 1200 sites globally on annual basis.Raise Work orders for gaps identified during the DRA.Coordinate and monitor the WOs with the Market/site facilities team till its closure on timely basis.Escalate as and when required as per escalation matrixCoordinate, Collect, review and update any other facilities related data as required.Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly report with all stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

Graduate with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in conducting desktop reviews/auditsExperience of data governance to ensure accuracy, security & continuity of data.A strong orientation to goals and measurable results.
