About the roleThe Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting product quality data through the entire product lifecycle. Provides essential support for the data management activities of the Quality organization. Collaborates with Engineering /CS teams and Information Technology.
What you will do:Functions as a resource to departments and process improvement teams in the areas of quality data managementWork with stakeholders throughout the Quality organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive product/process improvementsWork with cross functional teams to understand their needs and run query to support their analysesDevelop deep knowledge of the dataset and able to drill down and wideRun SQL/R/Python queries on various databases to identify patterns and diagnose problemsIdentifies opportunities for automation, monitoring and visualization using automated toolsCreate reports regularly to senior managementWho you are and what you bring:BE/B.Tech degree or higher in Engineering, or Computer Science5 to 6 years’ experience in a technical roleDesign, develop and implement data-driven strategies and machine learning modelsAbility to interpret and summarize presentations for executivesAble to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformationExpertise in programming/query languages such as Python/R/SQLExpertise in Matplotlib, Plotly librariesExpert in delivering analysis results using custom made visualizations
