Key Responsibilities:Collect and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Create and maintain dashboards and reports for various business units.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver solutions.Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to drive insights and recommendations.Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and checks.Present findings and insights to stakeholders in an understandable manner.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.Strong experience in SharePoint development and customization.Experience with data migration tools such as Sharegate.Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools for creating actionable dashboards and reports.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.Knowledge of High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems and support for end-users.Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and modeling using tools like Snowflake, Qlik, and Salesforce Datorama.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
