At Grundfos, you have the chance to strengthen our sales and customer service capabilities through the development, optimization and deployment of global dashboard and data logics. “ _You’ll work on ensuring that we have a strong data foundation and global measurements in place to run and optimize our business, enabling a single source of truth and data-driven decision making via user-friendly analytics and visualizations,”_ explains Katrine Tranekær, Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence. **Establish and optimize our data foundation** As our new Data Analyst, your key responsibility will be buildingand developing the global dashboards and data foundation for the commercial organization in Grundfos. In addition to this, you will participate in projects and activities to develop and implement commercial excellence projects in Grundfos. In our team, we are building the foundational capabilities needed to deliver a great customer experience, in an effective and efficient manner, and support our divisions in delivering on their respective differentiated capabilities. **Specifically, you will:** + Contribute to developing advanced Power BI dashboards in the context of a large-scale strategic bet – change of Grundfos CRM system. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the transition process. + Offer guidance, train, and support users in the use of the new dashboards and data visualizations. + Facilitate annual review process of customer master data. + Have day-to-day responsibility for running and developing our global business dashboards in Power BI + Provide ad hoc support on Power BI dashboards. + Run and participate in global projects to develop and implement required capabilities in the commercial organization (i.e., building of new Power Bi dashboards, data review initiatives) You will become part of an enthusiastic team, where you will work closely with our counterparts in the Divisions and various group functions, such as IT and Finance, to ensure that we align and collaborate to reach the best solution for our customers and ourselves. You enjoy communicating, and you can conceptualize ideas and convey them in an easy and understandable way. Furthermore, you enjoy involving and aligning with stakeholders and working on several projects simultaneously. **Moreover, we imagine that you:** + Have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business economics, data science, business intelligence or the like + Have 3-4 years of experience in business analytics. + Have foundational understanding of data modelling techniques, data integration and transformation methods. + Have experience in digital analytics, reporting and visualization (incl. Power BI) + Have experience in data warehouse. + Have experience in SAP and CRM systems. + Have experience with commercial and customer master data.
