About the position

Partner extensively with other teams and business partners within and outside the department (such as sales, marketing, product owners, data science and data visualization teams) to deliver business solutions and support decision makingLiaise with Technology partners to understand the data source and suggest enhancements as neededUtilize proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking to address challengesBuild, monitor and review data models and conduct analyses based on specific requirementsProvide analytics and insight for various business initiatives and projectsPrepare and deliver presentations to highlight important metrics and showcase achievementsCreate relevant documentation where neededSupport campaigns data creation for the data products and work on sizing of these campaignsCollaborate with the broader team to merge the inputs from the machine learning models into the required analysisAssist in the development of Tableau dashboards and data visualizations for reporting to senior management and business users including Financial Advisors

You have

3 years data analytics experienceBachelor's or higher degree in Business Management or Economics or IT or Data ScienceTech skills: hands on experience in SQLStrong analytical mindsetStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsDetail oriented and ability to handle, prioritize multiple tasks simultaneouslyPassion for providing help to navigate through complex decisions for clientsExperience in interpreting and creating data models and reportsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsGreat presentation skills

You might also have

Background in the Financial Services Industry, with an emphasis on wealth managementExperience working with technology teams closelyExperience in data modelling and visualization technologies, such as: Dataiku, Alpine, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, R
