Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Pay: $45-55/hr

Looking for a Data Analyst with a passion for user experience. You will apply data-wrangling skills across data domains, client and share data-driven insights and visuals, construct and interpret quantitative analyses, all in order to measure and quantify what firm learns, invents and builds. You will research and analyze the data to distill customer trends and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and achieve business goals. You will be expected to work closely with data teams in other parts of the organization, business and product teams. Data visualization and presentation skills are key in this role.

Duties:
Provides advanced professional input to complex Business Analytics assignments/projects.
Works in collaboration with business partners to provide analyses and reports to aide decision making based on data, facts, and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.
Analyzes and interprets collected data, spots trends, writes reports and recommendations and completes data modeling. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals.
Works autonomously, only requiring "expert” level technical support from others.
Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures.
Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Business Analytics.

Responsibilities: Work with team to build Data lake using data from multiple platforms Create executive dashboards and operational scorecards utilizing multiple analytics tools: Tableau, Adobe Analytics Deep dive on digital analytics data to support one off and ongoing requirements Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders in support of reporting and analysis Enable and extend self-service functionality of the Digital Data Warehouse and analytical toolsQualifications: Bachelor's degree (PREFERRED) in Computer Science/Analytics or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of data analytics / business analytics experience strongly preferred Experience with standard clickstream analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Google Analytics Experience with SQL for querying and reporting against large scale data sets Hands on experience with databricks Ability to turn data into information and insights Hands on Tableau Dashboard development experience Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide support to multiple business partnersPreferred Experience working with business partners to identify goals and KPIs Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, Spark, Python and other tools which allow analysis and enable queries on large datasets in Hadoop and AWS Experience with agile project management software such as JIRA Experience in digital analytics supporting large healthcare, e-commerce or financial services web sites Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare products, benefits, claims, or related experience is a plusTools: SQL, Tableau, Adobe Experience Platform ( Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics) , Adobe tagging, Databricks, Excel, Python, R, teamwork in JIRA, Confluence and MS Office
