We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize business processes, and improve overall performance. Responsibilities Data Collection & Preparation: Gather and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies. Reporting: Create visualizations, dashboards, and detailed reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaboration: Work with teams across departments to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose data-driven solutions. Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical methods and tools to forecast trends and outcomes. Data Governance: Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service Prior experience with and usage of PowerBI is a plus Excellent written communication skills Must be willing to work flexible US Eastern Time Zone hours Amenable to work onsite in Davao City
