Data Analyst

 

Your role in a nutshell: 

Support the marketing and sales teams by turning available company data into actionable insights. Applying data handling, mining, and manipulation methods with a variety of tools. Building and implementing data models and potentially creating algorithms. This role requires effective communication with the business stakeholders in order to resolve complex business queries.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Support decision-making of marketing stakeholders in various ways as per detailed below by always keeping him/herself up to date with knowledge of digital marketing processes, ongoing initiatives, main programs, and campaignsPerform different types of analytics including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive or prescriptive analytics to help answer questions and solve problemsUse programming languages to automate data collection and processing to support the marketing team’s workApply clustering, segmentation on existing customers based on different attributesCreate reports and dashboards, continuously develop, maintain and update existing reporting tools and dashboardsCollaborates with organizational leaders and other stakeholders to identify informational needs

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

 

At least 3 years ‘experience in most of the below areas:Identifying, analysing, interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets, data handling-mining-manipulation-visualization, reporting, programming, modelling, machine learning, clustering, and segmentationExperience in Python or similar data programming language. (Knowledge of relevant libraries), and Power BIGood time management and problem-solving skillsFluent German language skills

Nice to have:

Experince with VBA and with any CRM systemExperience in the marketiong filedStudies on the field of Computer Science
