Data Analyst
Job Description We are seeking a Data Analyst with experience in call center operations to help drive performance improvements by analyzing call center data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights. This role will involve evaluating key performance metrics, generating reports, and working closely with call center teams to optimize customer service operations. You will be responsible for providing data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and agent performance.
