We are seeking a Digital Data Analyst to join our Digital team, supporting leadership in generating business insights, creating reports, and providing recommendations to guide our digital merchandising strategy. This role will play a key part in recommending areas of opportunity within our KFC US app and website to increase conversion, reduce friction and impact customer behavior.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Analyze digital merchandising performance on the KFC website and mobile app, optimizing promotional placements and customer journeys. Monitor and report on menu item performance, LTOs (Limited-Time Offers), and promotional campaigns to inform marketing strategies. Utilize KFC’s first-party data and customer insights to improve personalization and conversion rates. Support order flow analysis and customer funnel optimization to increase digital sales and reduce cart abandonment. Work closely with the KFC development team to ensure that web and app analytics are setup to properly track behavior on our digital assets Create reports and dashboards within our analytics platform, Amplitude, that get shared out to key stakeholders across functional groups Maintain and expand our Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager accounts to ensure accurate tracking back to our advertising partners Collaborate with designers, product owners, and developers to improve the user experience on our digital platformsEducation/Certifications – Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Finance, Digital or related field
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in the digital space
Strong analytical skills; able to identify key issues and contribute to strategic decisions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and highly motivated Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Preferred: Experience in digital conversion rate optimization through multivariate testing Experience working with CMS platforms Experience working with the Google suite of ecommerce tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) Experience with Amplitude, PowerBI Experience with mParticle, Treasure Data or other CDPs
