About the role:

Ensure the business is running off data that is accurate and reliable, and use the data to provide key insights and performance reports to drive business performance in a data lead organisation.

Work with the business to understand performance metrics and how data can be improved/used to enhance financial performance.

Analyse business intelligence data from different sources to inform business and product decisionsSupport development of Power BI reporting suite to ensure we have clear visibility on all data that drives performance KPI’sManage internal and external data sets and conduct respective (management) reportingCreate and implement policies and procedures regarding collating and analysing data, develop new data analysis processes and assess analytics on an ongoing basisAssist monitor day to day trends to identify patterns in recorded data and support developing a predictive, real-time model-based insights for decision-makingManage senior stakeholders across the DHL eCommerce UK business to communicate information effectively, conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.Work with business to ensure all performance measures reported are understood, and the data is being used effectively to drive performanceIdentify data / reporting gaps required by Stakeholders to drive/understand performance

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 4 years data analyst experienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, VBA & SQLExcellent knowledge of Power BI is preferredExperience in databases, data visualisation, data protection, big data, mathematics, statistics,Strong stakeholder management skillsPresentation and storytelling skillsKnowledge of python programming and predictive modelling is preferred by not essential (on-job learning will be required if there is no existing knowledge)
