Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform data analytics activities and develop analytical solutions to enable business in strategy development for existing and potential products, systems and/or services. Each day, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics and to identify trends that could improve business performance. You will also showcase your expertise by designing new dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization.The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Measurement & Analytics division based in Bangalore, India.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tExecuting quantitative analysis that translate data into actionable insights.•\tUses data systems to help gather, measure, organize and analyze data, provides sound market and competitive intelligence analysis related to market and trends. Collaborates with Global management team to identify opportunities for process improvements and supports relevant implementation.•\tPrepares analysis of internal sales, technical and financial data, interprets resulting data using statistical tools and makes recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product Management. •\tExtracts and analyzes data from sales/financial tools and prepares reports for management to give insights on trends, patterns and predictions across geographies.•\tDevelop analytical tools and solutions to support management to drive key business decisions. Trains business stakeholders on proper usage of dashboards and monitors ongoing data quality.

Qualifications for the role

\tFull – time B.E/ B. Tech in any branch/BCA/bachelor’s in data science.\t1-3 years’ experience in Data Analytics and visualization.\tGood communication skills with ability to adapt, problem solve and give recommendations to stakeholders.\tBasic/Advanced Excel(Hands on), Basic Statistics, ETL tools, PowerBI(Basic). Basic SQL, ML, Python/R. Soft skills- Good communication skills with ability to adapt and give recommendations to stakeholders.
