Job Title: Business AnalystJob Description This individual will interface with internal stakeholders (Internal Customers, Solution Delivery teams, IT Sourcing, IT Procurement, Cybersecurity, the Global Privacy Office, and others) and external vendors to support software and hardware purchases and process improvements. Responsibilities + Document and identify gaps in IT and business processes through process mapping to illustrate current and future state. + Coordinate all requests from users for software where purchasing is required, including planning for timely submissions to maintain on-time renewals. + Analyze purchased licenses, review discovery data, and conduct research to assist with purchases and contract requirements. + Verify license usage, advise on investments based on needs, and provide insights on where we could reduce licenses. + Create the necessary submission documentation package and submit it to IT Sourcing, including steps from requesting a quote to purchase order generation through invoicing and purchase order closure. + Track the progress of all submissions active in the IT Sourcing queue. + Maintain a centralized software inventory list of all engineering licenses.
