Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a passion for U.S. manufacturing and fitness. This role plays a critical part in supporting our business by developing, maintaining, and analyzing key sales, cost, and operational reports. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling large datasets, optimizing reporting processes, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

The Data Analyst is a fully onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain margin reporting across the global business

Develop and manage reports related to sales performance, cost structures, manufacturing, and e-commerce analytics

Analyze data to help solve business critical issues and recommend process improvement

Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and provide business partners with relevant data for analysis

Build and maintain API ingestions from shipping partners

Work with cross-functional teams and leadership to understand data requirements and create financial models

Maintain and optimize reporting scripts in Git to ensure data integrity and efficiency

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in analytics or a related field.

Proficiency in SQL with experience in querying and analyzing large datasets

Strong understanding of business finance, including margin analysis and cost structures

Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience building complex spreadsheets

Experience with programming languages such as R or Python for data analysis

Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, or related discipline)

On-site requirement: This position requires working on-site in Columbus, OH
