Position SummaryWhat’s the role?
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who will have a specific focus on supporting the R&D Digital Innovation team in developing and deploying digital tools
Essential ResponsibilitiesYour day in the life in ITT as Data Analyst
Collaborate with the R&D Team (namely Basic Research, Product Development, Digital Innovation and Testing departments) on projects related to data collection, analysis and cleaning, with IT support.Provide support to the team by contributing to statistical analysis and data interpretationCreate interactive dashboards and reports to visualize analysis results and enable data reductionApplication of Machine Learning for the development of internal projects in the R&D Department.Participate in projects for the development of new tools and methods for data collection and analysis.
Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in economics and statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science is required. However, any other degrees in STEM subjects relevant to the proposed position will be consideredData analysis and management are required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with R&D colleaguesStrong organizational and time management skillsProblem solving skills, team spirit and ability to work independently.Knowledge of programming and machine learningIT skills and solid organizational skills complete the profile.Experience with PowerBi (or similar) and MS Office, with an advanced level of Excel, is preferredProficiency in written and spoken English.
