Our Data Analyst Level 4 Programme is all about developing the skills required to become a subject matter expert. From day one, you'll take on real responsibility with a supportive culture that helps you develop your skill set, whilst building on your stakeholder management skills .

Our Data Teams assist the operational and Functional Teams in creating meaningful data which allows informed decisions to be made to ensure we are operating with financial and KPI agreed terms

WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO?

\n

Working within the  wider Digital & Technology Team , you will work with a passionate team  focusing on the below and many more.

\n\nDeveloping, testing and implementing new data processes and structures to support analytics applications. \n\n\nImplementing data wrangling and ETL solutions; identifying and resolving data quality and other related issues. \n\n\nCollecting and analysing user requests and estimating required effort. \n\n\nProviding support for the implementation and usage of analytics applications \n\n\nRecommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics. \n\n\nTranslates business problems into data analytics requirements and solutions that deliver value through analysing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions. \n\n\nResolving raw data questions using a storytelling approach to provide business clients with detailed, actionable solutions. \n\n\nConsulting on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools. \n\n\nSupport wider business requirements as required \n\n


WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

\n\nA passion for all things data. \n\n\nAn ordered mind set. \n\n\nEagerness to learn. \n\n\nComputer literacy and knowledge of MS Office applications \n\n\nExcel application knowledge is essential. \n\n

WHAT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED?

\n\nMust hold a valid UK driving license or be self-reliant to travel to multiple sites if required. \n\n\nMust be fluent in English \n\n\nYou must have achieved G.C.S.E.s in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above/4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics \n\n\nAs part of the Data analytics Level 4 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme \n\n

COMPENSATION:

£21,000 per annum starting salary, with increases throughout the programme.

Provided you meet the required criteria, you'll then be invited to a virtual programme overview session where you can learn the details about the role you've applied to! If it's still something you're excited about, you'll be invited to an Experience Day (aka Assessment Centre) where we can meet you in person
