Description:M&FC Independent Cost Evaluation (ICE) is seeking a Data Management Associate to support the integration and aggregation of historical data into a common data warehouse usable by both Dallas and Orlando ICE. This role focuses on collecting, storing, retrieving, analyzing and displaying ICE data for use in cost forecasting and metrics development. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of database systems, data management, and basic programming to support efficient data processing and reporting along with strong technical and analytical skills to work with diverse data sources.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems (BIS), Data Analytics or a related field.
o Basic understanding relational databases, SQL & Microsoft products (Access, Power Query, Excel).
o Basic proficiency using data tools and programming languages (Tableau, JavaScript, Python).
o Basic understanding of automation tools (Alteryx) and their application in data workflows.
o Manage the flow of data providing analysis and solutions to ensure smooth operations.
o Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to quickly understand new datasets.
Desired Skills:
o Experience working with financial datasets.
o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
o Basic understanding of AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in a business financial context.
o Understanding of basic cost evaluation and financial metrics

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
