The role will help establish more efficient systems for handling lead management, sales data, and commission tracking while supporting the agency's transition to a more robust data warehouse and BI infrastructure.
The Impact you’ll makeData Management & Analysis\nCreate and maintain dashboards using compiled spreadsheet information\nDownload and analyze daily sales data\nCompare Allstate policy termination lists with commission records\nTrack and analyze lead performance metrics\nConsolidate team reports and sales data into actionable dashboards\nMonitor and report sales team performance through dashboards\nLead Management\nReview and process daily submission of unqualified data leads\nSubmit ineligible leads to vendors\nAnalyze lead quality and conversion rates\nSubmit and manage phone numbers for anti-spam measures\nSupport life policy underwriting processes and follow-up documentation\nTrack underwriting status and maintain follow-up schedules\nSystem Optimization\nAssist in developing data warehouse solutions\nHelp implement BI tools to replace manual spreadsheet processes\nManage data across multiple platforms\nStreamline reporting processes\nQuality Assurance\nManage call logs\nUpload and organize recorded calls for review\nEnsure data accuracy across all platforms\nMaintain data integrity in all reports\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nProficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet management\nExperience with CRM and lead management systems\nUnderstanding of insurance industry data preferred\nBasic software development or engineering background\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
