This role is crucial in helping our client demonstrate ROI to their clients, optimize cleaning operations, and drive product development through data-driven decisions. As our client continues to expand their footprint across hundreds of buildings and millions of data points, this position will be instrumental in maintaining their competitive edge in the market.

The Impact you’ll makeCustomer Analytics & Reporting\nBuild and maintain customer analytics dashboards in Metabase\nGenerate custom reports showcasing cleaning efficiency and compliance\nCreate data visualizations that demonstrate ROI to clients\nSales & Product Intelligence\nDevelop Mixpanel dashboards for sales team performance tracking\nAnalyze product usage patterns and feature adoption rates\nCreate insights reports for product team decision-making\nData Automation & Integration\nDesign and implement automated reporting workflows using Python\nIntegrate data across multiple platforms using Zapier\nOptimize data collection and processing from IoT sensors\nData Quality & Governance\nEstablish data quality standards and monitoring processes\nMaintain data accuracy across all analytics platforms\nDocument data flows and reporting methodologies\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\n3+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence\nProven expertise with Metabase or similar BI tools\nStrong Python programming skills for data manipulation and analysis\nExperience with product analytics tools (preferably Mixpanel)\nBackground in automation tools and API integrations\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n
