Data Analyst - COSTA RICA
**Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain Operations or related field required (a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) + A minimum of 4 years' progressive experience in a related field required + Ability to understand and manipulate complex data set from a variety of sources + Extensive ability to utilize analytical visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI or other analytical visual solutions + Application of advanced analytical techniques to identify trends in data and recommend courses of action + Significant knowledge with Supply Chain operational model and ability to relate to stakeholders + SQL experience required **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** + Advanced and Effective Verbal and written communication skills + Refined and advanced Analytical technique, methods and skills through simplified, actionable and user friendly visualizations + Advanced and effective problem solving capability and ability to articulate problems and solutions + Effective Presentation sills, ability to professionally communicate (verbal and written) at all levels of business with professional confidence and maturity + Engage and partner in cross functional teams + Demonstrated track record of building effective reporting solutions + Adaptable to changing business requirements + Flexibility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects concurrently with acute attention to detail + Strong Work ethic, positive energy and commitment to preserving the company core values and culture + Self-starter, learns quickly when facing new problems + Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance + Develops project plans, defines timeframe, and prioritizes tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intendedobjectives + Identifies the type of resources required to support a project, and makes recommendations for specific people,technology, partners, etc + Monitors progress to meet project milestones, timelines, specifications and requirements + Breaks down complex information (e.g., legal, operational risk, and regulatory data) into understandable terminology andactionable concepts + Uses technical knowledge and expertise to generate comprehendible, broadly-applicable communications based on newand non-typical data + Designs differentiated technical communications (content focus, style, presentation, etc.) for various internal andexternal audiences based on an understanding of their differing levels of familiarity with technical language + Serves as an expert in the efficient and effective gathering and organization of data + Utilizes a strategic approach to plan for the use of complex data to create synergies across teams + Selects appropriate analytical models and tools to analyze big data sets, develop business recommendations and supportdecision-making + Utilizes resources to maximize performance and value added; utilizes reports and tools to track operational efficiency + Identifies processes, activities and tasks that do not add value; suggests improvements that impact the quality ofproducts, services and processes + Constantly works to improve own efficiency; double-checks the accuracy of the output of others to ensure high qualitydelivery + Guides others to collect information and analyze complex data and business problems + Identifies trends and uses data-driven insights to make recommendations + Gains stakeholder trust by effectively addressing their concerns to further long-term interests + Helps customers explore and understand their wider business challenges + Builds understanding of current business processes, objectives and challenges to suggest solutions and improvements + Gathers pertinent information about a problem by analyzing data and patterns and identifying underlying issues + Researches and recommends more detailed solutions to resolve problems + Implements solutions based on advanced knowledge of standard practices and previous experiences + Escalates complex or unprecedented issues as needed **The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
