About the Role:
We are looking for a capable, passionate, and experienced Senior Data analyst, with a passion for analyzing large volumes of data and extracting insights for our customers.
About the Product:
CrowdStrike Falcon is a two-component security product. One component is a “sensor”, which is a lightweight agent installed on client machines that observes system activity and recognizes malicious behavior, then provides on-box prevention capability and remote telemetry to the Falcon cloud. The cloud component aggregates sensor telemetry for each customer’s network, can correlate malicious behavior across multiple machines, and presents our customers’ operations teams with a prioritized summary of the threats detected in their environments.
What You'll Do:
Full responsibility of data classification engine logics – Creating detection logic for any type of sensitive data, research and design new approaches of detection using big data and ML algorithms, and develop and implement monitoring tools to ensure the effectiveness of our data classification system, automating KPI evaluation processes.
Data validation and ensure data integrity of the product.
Utilize data analysis techniques to support internal decision-making processes, including research and development efforts, visibility expansions, and data integrations
What You'll Need:
Analytical and Technical background (relevant degree or previous hands on experience etc)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to understand data and transform it into insights
Experience working with cloud data warehouses
Experience with Security domain - advantage!
Proficiency in SQL is mandatory, experience working with large dataset - big advantage
Experience with Kibana or equivalent
Proficiency in regular expressions.
Familiarity with data analysis in scripting environments such as Python or R (advantageous).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all management levels to determine optimal solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks based on changing priorities.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
