Data Analyst - Ethics & Business Integrity

We are looking for a Data Analyst - Ethics & Business Integrity who is analytical, communicative, and self-motivated to join us in our Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) team, based in our headquarters office in Brussels, Belgium or in our office in Atlanta, United States.

 

About the role

You will be working in a team that designs the compliance monitoring program, including data analysis, research, data management, and reporting, with a goal of enabling the E&BI Team to make informed decisions based on empirical evidence, promoting ethics and business integrity within the organization.  Your focus will be on designing data analytics approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of monitoring approaches.

 

Who you’ll work with

You will collaborate with various E&BI teams, IT teams, and external partners/vendors to deliver comprehensive data insights and analytics supporting ethical practices and business integrity.

 

What you’ll do

Identify opportunities for data-informed reporting and analytics within E&BI.Assess relevant data sources availability across the organization.Develop data analytics models to generate insights related to ethics and business integrity.Deploy and evaluate data analytics solutions and communicate results effectively….

 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

Excellent analytical skills for identifying trends and insights from data.Experience with compliance monitoring approaches preferred.Strong knowledge and interest in data (Data Visualization/BI Tools, Coding Languages & Tools).Effective communication skills, including presentations and clear writing.Ability to influence stakeholders to maximize the impact of ethics and integrity analytics.Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
